The Celine Dress features delicate detailing with a gathered neckline, flutter sleeves, and smocked accents at the bodice and skirt, finished with scalloped edges for a soft, refined look. Designed with double keyhole back buttons for easy changes. Coordinating bloomers included in size 2Y.
