Most items are packed and sent within 24 hours if order is placed on Monday thru Friday morning.

Items purchased on Friday after 1pm, Saturday, Sunday or holiday will go out the next business day.

Delivery times are set by the United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.

We typically choose First Class for lighter items and Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx for heavier items. Most items take 2-5 days.

If you live in a more remote area of the country or because of unforeseen circumstances, like the weather, it may take longer.

If you choose to return an item, that amount that we paid to send the item(s) to you is deducted from your store credit.

HEY LITTLE DIDDLE is a local, woman-owned and run small-town children’s boutique focused on sustainable, eco-conscious brands in a neutral color pallet in newborn size to 7 years. 

2-3 Day Shipping in USA* 

All items are sent within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday and include a tracking number. You should receive your item(s) 2-3 days after that. *The weather and delivery to more remote areas of the country may take longer.

Curbside Pick-Up

Find something you like online and live local? Select curbside pick-up during checkout and we will have your item(s) ready for you when you arrive. If you would like for us to bring your item(s) out to your vehicle, dedicated curbside parking is available on the plaza level. 

Instagram / Facebook

Many of our items are exclusive to our physical location. If you notice an item on our #heylittlediddle Instagram or Facebook page, let us know and we may be able to have it delivered to you.

Sold Out Items:

If the item you’re interested in is labeled as “sold out”, it may be in the process of being re-stocked. Contact us to check on its availability. 

Larger / Smaller Size:

If the size you’re interested in is not listed, contact us and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to see if it’s available.


Returns:

If you have an issue with any item that you purchased, please Contact us .

Upon approval, returns in original, unworn condition with all tags attached may be returned at buyers expense within 2 weeks of purchase for store credit. Original shipping costs to deliver item to you is deducted from amount. 

* Unfortunately books, teething items, toys, hair accessories, socks, items by Noralee and products purchased on discount are not returnable.

If you like, we are happy to measure or take any additional photos of our products before purchase to help with your decision.

Our shops are worth a visit! We are centrally located in the Heartland of America in Carmel City Center, a beautiful destination filled with stunning fountains and cobblestone walkways, world famous restaurants and locally-owned boutiques. We connect to the Monon trail that offers bike rentals and fun activities for your littles as well as the symphony and theatre for a night out. If you would like to make a weekend out of your visit, there’s a 5-star hotel on the premises. Valet and complimentary parking available.
